High Performance Computing (HPC) and grid computing systems play more and more important role in our society thanks to the increasing size of processed data, and the higher computational demands. Thanks to the new technical acquis, it is possible to solve more complex problems compared with the issues are one decade before. Namely the performance of the supercomputers is high enough to involve them in research in life sciences, for instance genomic and automate medical diagnoses, earth sciences for example climate involved also many areas of the daily life such as medicine, weather report, traffic monitoring or industrial environment. High computational power together with high efficiency of HPC systems is effectively solved by the usage of coprocessors. There are some mainstreams for coprocessors according to different approaches for optimal parallelization. Our goals are to create massively parallelized algorithmic solutions to give within a reasonable period of time defined by the problem so we can fully exploit the newest software and hardware technologies.
